60 years after a lass of the Aalathoor Thekkemadam manor, Kuttimani (Kumari Joemol), was putatively killed by her jealous lover Krishnanunni (Kunchako Boban), & after which he was hanged, the current patriarch, Valiyathan (Thilakan), looks to restart a defunct religious rite.
